Come as you are: our students are shy and introverted at heart. Our novel courses and community enable them to boldly express their inner creativity and ingenuity. They become innovative problem solvers. They learn to lead by credibility, not authority. Our alumni have been recognized by Stanford, UC Berkeley, USC, UCLA, and UCSD.

In Spring 2023, our students won first place, in Instant Challenge, at Destination Imagination's Global Finals.

A unique, interdisciplinary curriculum

Students take their first step through experiential public speaking courses, laying the foundations of social confidence. Advanced students are offered an array of advanced interdisciplinary opportunities, evolving them into innovative future leaders.

A multi-generational community

Our members join a community of over 100 students and alumni, facilitated by our coaches and high school officers. We bond through fun social events and memorable competitions! Our annual award ceremony recognizes the bravery of our members and honors our graduating seniors.

From Architecture to Public Speaking

From a young age, Cindy Ong was fascinated by math and design. She graduated from USC with the 5-Year Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1993. She started her program with the wish to embolden shy introverts, including her daughter. It evolved into a community endeavor to facilitate our future leaders of innovation. Her children currently attend Stanford and UC Berkeley.
